| The Harry Potter Lexicon: The ultimate Harry Potter encyclopedia! Don't waste time searching books for something, come here! J.K. has confessed to using it too, and the site can have no better praise than that. Don't forget to check out their forum while you're there. |
| The Leaky Cauldron: This is the place to keep up-to-date with all your Harry Potter related news, whether it is to do with the books, movies, J.K., the cast, the crew, whatever. They update almost every day. |
Fan Fics and Flicks |

| The Sugar Quill: A major fiction archieve with stricter rules than most. Stories must stick to canon and what is possible in canon, characters must stay in character, and all stories must be beta read. |
| The Hidden Tower: A smaller fiction site for stories by lesser known but no less talented authors. Stories must be of a fairly high standard to be archieved, so reading is good. |
| The Ink and Quill: This site is one of our affiliate sites. No longer taking submissions, but still archieving the fiction already on there for the timebeing. This is a website set up by a fellow member of the Lexicon Forum. Her own writing is brilliant. |
| FanFlicks.com: Loads of Harry Potter fan flicks, some better than others. There are also flicks for other subjects too. |
| Potter Palace: I haven't had time to watch all the videos on this site yet, but from what I have seen it looks good. |
Slash Fiction |

| Magical Intrigue: Warning: Slash ahead! There is some excellent fanfiction on here, to do with Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, X-Man and Alias, but it is almost all slash. There are fics on here rated from PG to NC17 so be warned! For those of thirteen and over I particuarly recommend her novel-length HP fic, Irresistible Poison. |

| The Potter Slash Archieve: Warning: Slash ahead! The usual slash pairings, plus others. Some dodgy ones, but you can avoid them easily. All NC17 rated stories require a password to view which you can only get by joining a Yahoo group for over 18s. This site also contains fan art, some of which is protected in the same way. |

| The Emerald Spellbook: This site is brilliant for fan art! There's loads of it by different artists, all organised by character. There's also a few fanfics. |
| Pottery Art: This artist is a professional and her drawings are really good. |
| ArtDungeon.net: This site has got some illustrations to Order of the Phoenix which are excellent! |
| Breaking The Habit: Used to be 'Random Thingers of Pyro'. Another site by a fellow member of the Harry Potter Lexicon Forum. She has some fan fiction and fan art, including a picture she did for one of my fan fics, which is not archieved on here, of Harry and a puppy. |
| Goldseven.de: This site is for general fantasy art. The artist linked to is one of my favourites. She accepts commissions but her queue is currently closed and she's quite pricy (which is understandable because she's really, really good). |
| Elfwood - Héléne Bruneton: Another artist at Elfwood, this person draws a lot of pictures of Sirius Black. Her characters are brilliant but her backgrounds are stunning. |
| Wizard Crackers: Another really good artist who also does commissions. Be aware that some pictures contain slash and/or adult content. |
| Caladan_dd's Live Journal: This person's art is amazing. She draws Harry Potter with a slightly medieval feel, especially the backgrounds, and her favourite characters to draw seem to be Lupin and Dumbledore. Seriously, you have to take a look at this one! |
