The Quiddich Pitch

The Quiddich Pitch is where the students of Hogwarts play... well, Quiddich. But there are also other games here, too. These are all ones that I recommend. Some of the links below will take you away from the site. They were not created by me. They are just games that I've played and enjoyed. Have fun!

Celebrity Bathtime: Hangman Harry Potter style, but with a twist. You're sitting in a bathtub with Dan and every time you guess a word right, he gets soaked, every time you get one wrong, you get soaked.
There seems to be something wrong with this game at the moment. It's on the old version of the Newsround site and doesn't seem to feature in the new version. You can still get to it but the vowels don't work. You click on them and it tells you there aren't any of those letters, but when the word is finally revealed you find that there was actually several of them. Very few words have no vowels at all, so it seems the game is broken at the moment.

Broomsticks: A simulation of Quiddich. Get the Quaffle through your opponant's hoops and avoid the Bludgers. I believe you can buy the full version of this game. One or two players.

Spell Catcher: Two students on a giant seasaw. Red and black 'spells' are moving around above you. The aim of the game, make the students catapolt each other up to catch the red spells. Black spells dock energy. One or two players.

Homing Hippogriffs: One of the games on the official HP website. Get the hippogriffs to their right positions accourding to colour. But you can only move them in certain directions.

The Staircase Game: Another one from the official site. The object of the game is to get the student up sixteen floors back to the common room without getting caught by the Prefect. Avoid the light from the Prefect's wand, trap doors and suits of armour.

HP Mahjongg: One of Veritaserum's games. When I found this I became addicted to it. Match the pictures on the tiles into pairs. Sounds simple enough right?
