Please read these rules carefully before you join.1. You must be a fan of Harry, Ron and Hermione as characters, as they were in the books.
2. Do NOT trash the actors. In other words no name calling or insults please. And no remarks on acting ability, either. This is not a hate site for Dan, Rupert and Emma. We are talking about the characters, not the actors. If you want to say why you dislike the trio in the movies, let your comments be about the characterisation of them, or costumes, hair, makeup etc.
3. No offensive language. This is a family-orientated site. And please talk properly! Spelling, punctuation and grammar are important if you want people to understand what you're saying and take you seriously.
4. Comments must be related to the topic of the fanlisting, not the fanlisting itself.
5. You don't need to have a website to join, but if you do have one then please put our button on it before you join, preferably on the main page.
6. All websites must be related to Harry Potter or it must be about you personally or your creative work (e.g. web journals, My Space pages, deviantART pages etc). No business sites (except Cafe Press shops, which will be accepted), hate sites, adult or offensive content. All pages must be child friendly.
7. Only apply ONCE, unless you were rejected the first time. I will be checking to make sure that no one is added twice.
8. If you want to update your information later, then email me at webmistress at hogwartsfansite dot co dot uk. State your reason for emailing, your previous information, and your new information.
If your submission is rejected then it is most likely because you didn't abide by one of these rules (except the spelling, puncuation and grammar rule which I will correct myself) or you didn't fill out all the essential parts of the submission form. If you are rejected you will receive an email stating which rule you did not abide by and how. DO NOT REPLY TO THESE EMAILS. Feel free to submit your site again if it is rejected the first time, making sure to re-read the rule you deviated from before.
